Payment is via direct credit, or PayPal for international
orders.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Please note that quotes are valid for 30
days.
Note: To keep costs down for you, the
back of wooden art and letters is not painted. This is not
visible when on the wall however, can be done for an additional
cost, please email for details.
shipping
Postage and packaging is dependent on size, weight and destination.
Maximum: $7.00 within North Island
and $11.00 South Island. Rural delivery is extra.
Each piece of art will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and
corrugated cardboard to ensure it arrives safely.
Pick up from Mairangi Bay, Auckland is also an
option.
Items will not be shipped until payment is
received.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for orders or email us to see

returns & refunds
If you love your purchase please tell
others. If there are issues with the product, we offer a
returns service. Please return the product and original
packaging along with proof of purchase to artazon within 14 days
of receipt.
A refund will not be provided in the following cases;
- If you have damaged the goods including damage caused by
inadequate packaging when returning goods or if the goods
have been used
- Sales items
- Items made to order
- If you have changed your mind.
